Hey everyone, I am taking a week off for a vacation😬 I will be closed after tomorrow until Monday the 23rd. Dad will be open at Steam Corner all week. Make sure to go buy a lot of tires down there so I can take the kids out to dinner instead of making them eat lunch meat all week!

I am completely out of lot space, I’m having to move vehicles around daily to make parking available to customers and to just be able to get vehicles into the shop to work on, Therefore, any vehicles that been on the lot for more than a month will be considered abandoned and will be removed this weekend by a towing company. This is the only notice I’ll be giving also.

Beginning Monday October 28th 2024, Any vehicle left on our lot more than 48 hours after notification that it is complete will be charged a $25.00 per day lot fee unless arrangements are made and I agree to them. This will include vehicles currently sitting on the lot so if I have a vehicle that you’ve been notified as complete, declined the work, or are searching for your own parts the $25.00 per day fee begins on Monday. I do not have the space to store your vehicle for weeks. All vehicles being picked up MUST be paid In full before being released to customer. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any vehicle left for more than 30 days will be towed off my lot and won’t be released by tow company until I’m paid IN FULL and they are paid a tow bill and their storage fee also.
