Customer brought this diff in, and this is exactly why preventative maintenance matters! 🔧

Once we tore it down, we found heavy rust and corrosion throughout the differential, along with bearings that were in bad shape. You can see how much contamination and moisture had gotten inside.

Catching bearing wear early can be the difference between a normal rebuild and destroying the ring & pinion, gears, and housing.

We’re getting this one cleaned up, inspected, new bearings installed, and set back up correctly so the customer can get back on the trail. 💪

If your diff is growling, whining, leaking, or has water/milky oil in it, don’t wait until it completely lets go.
