Wishing all of our customers and friends a happy and safe Thanksgiving weekend!

A reminder that both the minimart and pizza will be closed tomorrow to allow our team time with their families.

On a more personal note, as I am about to embark on treatment for cancer, I want you all to know I’m thankful for all of you that have been such a support to us all these years.

We had so many people asking if we would get more Lego Minfigures in…I thought I would grab a few smaller items when I was at the Lego Store feeding my addiction this weekend. Some stuff for the kids or those of us that are still children at heart. Also a few items for your Lego Valentine. 💝

Edit to say…we are back!

Diesel pumps are operational again.

Good morning.

We know many of you have been frustrated with the intermittent issues with our diesel dispensers. We have been trying to fix it but because it is intermittent it was never faulting when the techs were here. We have spent thousands guessing at what part is failing with no luck

Well this morning it had completely failed. We now know the issues and should have it resolved this afternoon.

For now we have no diesel.
We apologize for any inconvenience

Hey Everyone!

A quick heads up for our customers:

With the current wind event we are expecting a power shutdown sometime after midnight. Rather than fumble around and try to get the generator going after the fact…we will be shutting down for about 30 minutes after the pizza ovens are off. (Around 7:00 tonight)

We apologize for the inconvenience but’s it’s much easier and safer for us to do this while the street light is still on and we aren’t all running the sleep from our eyes. Lol

It’s a little bit late to give you a heads up…I’ve been busy…but that’s no excuse.

Both Little Caesars Express and and the inside of the station at Valley Center Oil will be closing very early tonight for our company party. I’m sorry if that spoils any dinner plans! You may see our cars just down the road at The Country Trader…but we will be busy having a good time! Lol

Edit to add…we stayed off overnight then I got a call at 2:30 from a customer that was here filling the generator. I’m bleary eyed but we are running again.

(More than a little embarrassed to admit that a gas station owner forgot to refill the generator and then couldn’t fill from my own dispensers. lol)

Any customers still awake that have a fuel tank that could fill up the generator we are using? Unfortunately in my sleep deprived state I allowed it to run out.

SDGE is doing some pole work here on our corner tonight so power will be off from 10PM on. So for our early morning customers we aren’t sure exactly what time power will be restored.
