One thing we do at GoRigworx, especially on larger jobs or when the customer isn’t present, is record a quick video explaining what we found, what we repaired, and what to keep an eye on.

Here’s a small piece of one of those customer videos.

Equalizers and shackle links are wear items on your trailer’s suspension. But here’s something a lot of trailer owners don’t realize: If you catch equalizer bushing wear early enough, you can often replace just the bushing and center bolt instead of replacing the entire equalizer.

That’s why regular inspections matter. Catching a small problem early can save you from a much bigger repair later.

One Wheel Kept Locking Up!

Customer had a hydraulic brake issue where one wheel kept locking up while the others worked perfectly.

That pointed us toward the problem being at that wheel rather than the entire hydraulic system.

We replaced the faulty wheel cylinder, flushed the brake line, and got everything working properly again.

Sometimes one bad component is all it takes to cause a big problem.

Equalizer Failure on a Dump Trailer!

This equalizer has taken its last beating. Dump trailers carry some serious weight, and the suspension takes a beating every time they’re loaded and rolling down the road.

Equalizers, shackles, and suspension bolts wear out. Catching the damage early can save you from a much bigger repair.
