Honoring the Legacy of Don Fleming

The Santa Clarita Valley Boys & Girls Club has established a memorial giving page in honor of Don Fleming, providing a meaningful way for friends, colleagues and community members to celebrate his life and continue his legacy of giving back.

Don cared deeply about the Santa Clarita Valley and spent decades supporting the people and organizations that make this community special.

In lieu of flowers, the Fleming family invites those wishing to honor Don’s memory to consider a gift to the SCV Boys & Girls Club. Every contribution will help create opportunities and brighter futures for local young people, carrying forward the spirit of generosity that defined Don.

Don will be deeply missed, but the difference he made will live on.

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Don Fleming, our beloved founder, leader and friend.

Don and his wife, Cheri, founded Valencia Acura in 1997 with a simple belief: a dealership should be about more than selling cars. It should be about relationships, friendship and giving back to the community that made their success possible. Together, they built something truly special. Cheri passed away in 2020, but the values they established together have remained at the heart of Valencia Acura.

For nearly three decades, Don poured his heart into Valencia Acura and the Santa Clarita Valley. His generosity, leadership and larger-than-life presence touched countless lives, and the friendships he built along the way meant everything to him.

Don leaves an extraordinary legacy that will live on through his family, the Valencia Acura family and the community he loved so deeply.

In lieu of flowers, the Fleming family asks friends and community members to consider making a donation in Don’s honor to the SCV Boys & Girls Club: scvbgc.org.

We will miss his wisdom, his humor, his friendship and, most of all, Don himself.

Rest in peace, Don. Reunited with Cheri, and forever in our hearts. ❤️
