This 4 cylinder Cummins was sent to us locked up, we dropped the pan and found it full of metal! Multiple main bearings and one rod bearing had spun. Stripped the entire engine and sent it to the machine shop, unfortunately for the customer the block was too far gone for repair. New block was sourced and crank ground down for reuse. All reassembled and delivered back to customer!

Cat c7 in a F650 with a leaking head gasket. Once the head was removed it was found to be more cost effective to replace it with a reman head. Also dropped the pan and rolled some bearings in for preventative maintenance. All back together with some other little issues repaired at same time!

Another day and another broken bolt drilled/extracted. This was on a rear Peterbilt axle for the torque rod mount bolt. No damage to threads and new bolt went right in!

Got a call for this cat c15 in a Kenworth that had broken most of the bolts holding the ac compressor/alternator brackets on the engine. Customer had started on the repair but realized they may need some help. One of the bolts in the front of the head had been drilled off center previously and reassembled still broken. We pulled the radiator out of the way to get at the bolts head on. All broken bolts drilled out/removed, new fan blade (blade had one broken fin and badly cracked around the center hub!) and radiator. All back together and back to work!

This Kenworth got a lot of love in the brake department! Tag axle shoes were worn down to metal, drive axle shoes were worn down. Steer axle brakes were cracking and mismatched. All new brakes, should stop like a dream now!!
