1993 MCI 102 DL 45ft Custom Coach $39,900.00
This coach was built new at Custom Coach for Dave Thomas of Wendy’s. It has 317,760 Miles. It has a Detroit 60-series engine, an Allison automatic transmission, 15 KW Kohler generator, Cruise Air A/C, 100-gallon black/gray tank, and 100-gallon fresh water tank. It has the original paint which is in good condition for its age. It had new brakes, shocks, and air bags installed within the last 3 years. The tag axle rear steer has been eliminated. The dates on the tires are: front-43rd week of 2022, the rear-26th week of 2023. The two tag axle tires have some wear on the outside, but the rest of the tires are in great shape.
There are a couple of windows that could use replacement, and some air leaks that will need attention. The heat in the coach is all electric.
Originally there were two sofas in the rear room. These were removed and a queen-sized bed was installed. This has a new mattress. A vinyl floor was installed in the rear room as well. There is a good amount of closet space.
All cabinets are original to the coach. The upholstery on the sofa, dinette, chairs, pilot, and co-pilot seats is original as is the carpet in the front room. All could use to be replaced. The coach has a full bathroom with a shower. The galley is of a nice size with an apartment sized refrigerator, microwave, and ample cupboard space. The white tile in the entrance way, hall, and galley is all original to the coach.

2018 Rance Aluminum Custom Toy Hauler Trailer built for a Prevost Coach, Newell, or MCI coach.
This custom toy hauler was built for a Prevost coach. It is able to haul 4 full dress Harley's using 4-fold down wheel chocks for bikes. It also can be used for side by side or golf carts. It can sleep 5 adults with 2 sofas that make beds, and a fold down platform with a queen size air mattress. There is a fold out room where another queen size air mattress could be added. There is a full galley with a microwave, stove with an oven. The full bath includes shower, toilet, sink and plenty of storage. It has stainless steel holding tanks with electric dump valves. The rear ramp door turns into a deck with railing. There are 2 roof A/C units, 2 ceiling vents with fans, 2 solar panels, Direct TV dish on the roof, built in 12V battery charger, 50-amp 220 power inlet, 3 electric awnings, 2 LP gas tanks, electric tongue jack and LP hot water tank. There is a skirt that snaps on the bottom for use in cold weather. This toy hauler was custom built with only one owner.
