Customer Service, the key to success in business. As I am still helping out a small clientele. I ordered parts from a Distributor that has the worst Customer Service, worst Sales Manners and Treat the customer as if they are doing me a favor. They claim to be a logostics company, they sell to home based business's but they wouldn't offer me to order and have shipped to my friends business. The rules are different for every customer it seems. Sitting here since 9:30 am waiting no emails of delays no text message no emails even after I called at 11:24 and was told be 12:35. Called logistics 3x's no return call. Called sales and person is in the weat coast and they all look at the same tracking map! I pull it out of her asking the stops before me. The driver is going east to come west and had to pass my place. And this was always an issue!
worst in my industry. Don't drink the kool-aide!
Glad I am out, just wasted a day.
