I recently filed my first lawsuit.
Since 2018, I’ve spent thousands of hours working to develop Resolute Motorsports Club, an idea I believed Central Ohio deserved: a world-class motorsports facility built around community and long-term vision.
In February, I filed suit in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas against Bruce Daniels, Daniels Automotive, LLC, and Daniels Hinkley Housing, LLC. The complaint includes claims for fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference with a business relationship, and unjust enrichment.
This is the beginning of a much longer story, one I intend to share carefully and thoroughly over time. It’s a story about following your passion. About a guy who couldn’t afford to join a motorsports club, so he decided to build one instead. Over the years, I studied thousands of documents, invested enormous personal time into the concept, and worked to create something I believed could become a meaningful asset for both the motorsports community and the Columbus Region.
I’m sharing this publicly because I believe accountability matters, and because I believe founders and entrepreneurs should be able to speak openly about the realities of building ambitious projects.
