Even from space, you can see it — two peninsulas, surrounded by massive bodies of water that look more like oceans than lakes. The Great Lakes wrapping around it like Michigan said, “yeah, I’ll just take all the coastline.”
One glance out the window and it’s obvious — this isn’t just land… it’s water, forest, and shoreline in every direction. Blue everywhere. Waves you wouldn’t expect in the middle of the country.
