Lets talk obd1 tuning. Heres a break down of barrier to entry and real world need to know things before just blindly purchasing something.

Chip- low cost, needs software, can be buggy, needs a lot of research and expertise, no real time tuning, a ton of hidden costs with additional hardware being required, limited professional shop support, once sorted out its a stable solution.

Demon- medium cost, has software options available in a professional capacity, has some how to's but not a ton of documentation for beginners, real time tuning and other good features, end user device no extra hardware required unless you are doing flex fuel.

Hondata- most expensive, widest support, most documentation, software is great and free, easy to navigate and comes with calibrations, all options built in like bluetooth and flex fuel, most professional shop support and remote support.

This is a very crude description and just a start to the info dump that is required before diving into these systems.

No fuel pump prime or solid check engine light? We got your fix right here. Please remember this can be a DIY job or you can send in the ecu to us directly for a full service and diagnosis. As always we are happy to help with your ECU related problems.
