Twenty three years ago this month, I opened this place to pursue a self employment dream. It provided a place to earn a living while raising kids with a strong work ethic. The Lord blessed these efforts and allowed me to meet and help a lot of people along the way.

This will be my last month in the car business, but I’ll continue with other parts of the business adventure as new chapters open up.

Thank you to all of you who have been so supportive during the last 23 years!

Very nice Forest River Wildwood travel trailer. Clean inside and out, well maintained. Non smoker, no pets, no children - adult owned.

Dining and living area slide out creates a large living space. Wall mount for TV, electric fireplace. Blackout shades on all windows. Ducted A/C keeps the entire coach nice and cool.

Awning is in perfect condition. Coach has outside speakers and LED under -canopy exterior lighting. Water heater element has been replaced at regular intervals. Everything works as it should.

Queen pillow top mattress is new.

These are factory take offs from a 2017 Sequoia Limited, but they show to fit 2008-2018 Sequoia and 2010-2018 Tundra models. This Lariat package truck has the optional factory moonroof, the factory trailer brake controller and the Off Road 4x4 package. The wheels are 17" XD Series with 285/70/17 tires.

Everything works on the truck and it has a new battery.

All cosmetic issues are relatively minor and are shown in the photos on the website www.briansplaceonline.com. Cosmetic issues are consistent with the age and the miles.

There are two primary mechanical issues. 1. timing chain noise. It makes the noise on start up after sitting for awhile. On restart, there is no timing chain noise. 2. After warm up, there is some engine knock on the passenger side of the engine.

The truck also had the following CEL codes when it came in:
P0014, P0024, P012D, P0299, P054A, P054C, P068A and P2610. The codes were scanned, recorded and reset. After multiple start/stop cycles, the codes have not returned. I am not a mechanic, so I do not know how to interpret these codes. I include them here for full disclosure and to give you a chance to investigate them for yourself.

The tires are in need of replacement at some point. The drivers side front tire has a slow leak and the TPMS monitor light is on.

This Coachmen has the Generac QP40 generator with remote electric start. The generator has 451 hours and was recently serviced. Dometic 13.5 A/C unit was replaced in August 2019.

The chassis is a Chevrolet 4500 with the 6.0 Vortec V8. New front shocks and a steering dampener were just added recently. Starts, runs and drives great!

All appliance work as they should. This one is ready for the road. Tires are excellent. Lots of storage space.
