A drag strip planned for Callahan would be the first of its kind in Northeast Florida since 2017.

From Callahan drag strip.
We got the APPROVAL this morning from Nassau County for the drag strip!
There is a 2nd APPROVAL needed before we can actually break ground. It will be coming from St Johns water management. They told us today they are working on the title search, and once that is back then it should be approved.
The engineer Drawings are being sent to us and we can start planning with our contractor!
It’s getting REAL 👏
