Who is Chrome Delete actually for?

Paint shops use it to strip chrome trim before paint or wrap prep, without damaging the plastic underneath. Restoration businesses use it to bring old, faded chrome parts back to a clean, workable surface. Customization shops use it as the first step toward blackout kits and custom finishes.

Whatever the end goal, Chrome Delete gets the chrome out of the way cleanly.

Over the last month, we've highlighted just a portion of where protective coatings can fit into the commercial market.

The common thread?

Businesses invest heavily in equipment and surfaces that have to perform every day.

Scorpion Protective Coatings gives applicators, distributors, and commercial customers another way to address that need.

🦂What market could you serve with Scorpion?

📩Let's talk.

Before and after: this classic Chevy pickup went from bare painted bed to a fully coated, textured spray-in liner.

A bed this nice deserves protection that actually holds up — this is what a proper job looks like from start to finish.

Setting up your Scorpion Plotter Adapter via Bluetooth: click the Raspberry icon, open Chromium Web Browser, cancel the new keyring password prompt, and go to localhost:8500. Select your plotter from the dropdown (not the Telink option — that's your keyboard) and click "Use This Printer." Close the page, open S-SCAN, click Set Up Plotter, toggle to Bluetooth, and click Test Cut.

One important note straight from the guide: don't connect your phone to the plotter adapter in your phone's Bluetooth settings — that causes a connection issue. Just follow the steps above and it connects automatically.

Shoutout to Greene's Garage for this one — jet ski exterior parts finished with Scorpion's coating system, in a custom black-and-neon-green splatter look.

Thank you, Tim and the team, for continuing to put Scorpion coatings to work in ways that go well beyond truck beds.
