Huge congratulations to Walker Toyota Service Tech, Donavan Butter, on being nominated as a 2026 Toyota Quality Champion by our FTS, Matt LaGrone with Gulf States Toyota! Donavan joins 16 other Quality Champions and was the only Technician chosen in the state of Louisiana!
This recognition is a direct result of Donavan’s commitment to going above and beyond in his role. From writing detailed, in-depth reports to identifying and documenting unique issues, Donavan consistently puts in the extra effort to support not just our dealership, but the entire region. His collaboration with our FTS and the TAS hotline plays a critical role in helping Toyota develop countermeasure parts and recall solutions that improve repairs for customers everywhere.
What makes this even more impressive is the amount of personal time Donavan invests to ensure these reports are thorough, accurate, and impactful.
