Got the replacement Leather wrapped steering wheel for the "2014" Dodge Ramcharger. Thank you Color Match Auto Interiors Inc.

Installed it and the non-blown Horn Cover. Looks great, and adding the additional radio controls are nice to have.

EDIT: Also had I not done this install with the fuel at 1/4 tank I'd never know this would have been an issue until the fuel level dropped below the top of the sdump!

Well, it turns out the fuel pump aeration problem, was a fuel starvation issue.
By using the Jeep Pickup, the sump wasn't designed to let enough fuel in fast enough to support the high volume AirDog Pump.
I thought it might have been an issue with the pickup screen(s), but that wasn't the case. The upper screen was the fuel return screen, and the lower one was the pickup. So I found a video put out by AirDog on using the new drawstraw in the factory sump, and the recommended at least 2-3/4" holes in the side of the sump.
SO I pulled the unit out, drilled two holes, removed the bottom screen, and back flow valve (ensure additional inflow) and put it all back together.
She holds a solid 22.5 to 23 psi while cruising and idling, and at hard throttle drops to only 20 PSI and on de-cell it hits 24 psi.
She's running great.

Well, the Air Dog system is installed along with the Jeep Liberty in-tank unit. However, I should have listened to my inner voice and common sence.
The Jeep pickup unit is a little small, and the lower screen is causing aeration, and cuasing the fuel flow delivery and pressure to fluxuate.
So out it will come, and I'll install the Air Dog pickup tune in it in place of the Liberty's tube.
Using the Jeep part gives me a needed sump to help these system operate and not have me drilling into the plastic tank.
Yes, I've had these parts setting on my "shelf" for a while waiting for the pump to fail again. It just took much longer to start failing than I ever expected.
First pump ran 3 years, second ran 17 years.

OK, after testing the steps deployed position, they weren't as useful for my wonderful wife as I planned. So even though they were tucked in tight and high, I changed my brackets to move them outboard an inch.
They still tuck and look nice, but the extra inch of outward extension make them so much safer to use.
Next is to install the needed relay to activate them with the Dome Light Switch (The provided magnet switch would not fit the door gap). And to paint and install the outboard weld fl**ge straps I made to brace the step further.

So who figured out the last post picture? come on be honest.

The first three pictures are the finished product. But here are the pictures of the initial plan and how it fit.

Added a couple of LED Driving lights to the 2014 Ramcharger. I mounted under and behind the bumper for good wide ground coverage and not likely to blind on coming traffic. You can't see a lot of difference in the Shop setting, but once I get it out in the actual dark, I expect it to help, as they are pointed slightly to the sides.
