The Great Gator Crossing The adventures of two Dan Gurney Alligators crossing America!! See "About" for more information!

On May 31st 2014, two Dan Gurney Alligator motorcycles on an epic 8-state, 2,400-mile pilgrimage from Atlanta to the Alligator factory – Dan Gurney's All American Racers in Santa Ana, California. And while we enjoy ourselves, we want to do good for others by raising funds for the Foundation for Women's Cancer, a national foundation dedicated to research, education and treatment of gynecological cancers. Our ride – the Great Gator Crossing – is great because it is a unique combination of fun and philanthropy. A voyage of this distance has never been attempted on an Alligator – the revolutionary, limited edition, recumbent sportbike – let alone on two Alligators together. We are excited about seeing this great country from seats that are only 18 inches off the ground! Plus, we know our ride will draw much-needed attention to gynecological oncology – as a medical specialty sorely in need of physicians and as a women’s health crisis desperately in need of funding. A documentary of the ride is being filmed from planning to finish, and proceeds from the sale and distribution of the documentary will also benefit the foundation – and continue to do so long after our epic ride is over.

I'm Riding Solo For Men's Health In The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride On Sunday the 27th of September, I'm riding solo in The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride with fellow men and women across the globe to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health on behalf of Movember.

Men die on average 6 years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons. The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that. So, before I press my tweed and polish my boots, I'm asking you to join me in raising funds and awareness for these causes by donating what you can for this meaningful cause and to help the men we love, live happier and healthier lives.
