⭐️ DO NOT ORDER FROM ROB’S AQUATICS ⭐️

My mother and friend ordered fish online from Rob’s Aquatics for my birthday and this experience was absolutely unacceptable.

My mother and my friend each placed separate orders and paid separately for overnight shipping (each over $100). Despite being two different orders, both orders were given the SAME tracking number, which is extremely suspicious. It appears the seller pocketed two overnight shipping fees but shipped everything in one box.

The package was supposed to arrive on 12/10, my birthday. It did not. After delays, the owner told my mom she would receive one free fish, and told my friend he would receive two free fish (he ordered four) as compensation. He also claimed the package would now require a signature and arrive on 12/17.

I stayed home all day to sign for the delivery. The fish never arrived.

The package finally showed up on 12/18 — no signature required, despite what we were told. Only TWO fish arrived total, even though EIGHT fish were purchased, and both fish were dead on arrival.

We immediately emailed the owner and have received no response.

This is disgusting behavior and absolutely no way to run a business. This feels like a scam, especially with the fake shipping promises and combined orders. Their website advertises a “100% live guarantee,” which is completely false.

Do not waste your money. Do not trust this seller.
Rob’s Aquatics ruined what was supposed to be a
special birthday gift my mom was giving me.

It’s not about the money, it’s the principle of taking advantage of people and thinking you keep getting away with it!

If you rock with me and you’re my friend I’m asking you repost this for me and tag him.
