Something so simple can cause a very costly problem…..

Take this example ….

2020 Mercedes GLS450 4Matic sets a suspension light, “Do not drive over 50 mph”
code leads to failure of the suspension strut, intermittent issue, most shops would have priced a strut replacement job … we watch operation on scope and determined it to be somewhere other, found a broken wire in the ride level sensor, Mercedes doesn’t have replacement pigtails, so you build with individual parts from dealer. Problem solved…..

Today’s techs follow technology, veteran techs follow the flow, not always is the code the problem, it can be the result of the problem.

AUTOMOTIVE SHOPS and MOBILE MECHANICS…….

Either solution is fine, and when it comes to convenience, mobile is great (for most maintenance purposes) where as bigger complex repairs, shops are the better solution.

Make sure the choice you pick are registered with the state as a business and insured…… to many are “sole proprietors “ and hold no liability insurance or even automotive/mechanical certifications….

Do the research, it takes just a few minutes on your phone and can save you a ton of headaches and $$$$….

Now it’s LS swapped with a 4L60e and a new freshen rear diff…..
