So you’re just driving around after your oil change, everything is great until the big scary light comes on.

2011 GMC Acadia, heres a 5 minute diag that had some surprising effects.

Customer states the “ABS”, “Service Traction control”, and the check engine light are all on.

We put it on the scanner like we always do for good practice, and our MAF sensor is pegged to the moon! 🚀 🌕.

And well this is what we found. The oil change place forgot to plug the MAF sensor back in 🤦‍♂️.

All the lights promptly disappeared.

This little light of mine, im gonna let it shine……. But not for long.

2013 Hyundai Sonata, with a simple but not so simple parasitic drain diagnostic.

Customer says their battery had been dying every single day for the past week, it was bad enough they replaced the battery 3 times this month alone.

Turns out the trunk light would still shine when the trunk was closed causing a huge draw. But why you ask?

Nothing more that a shafed wire buried behind the seatbelts touching other metal parts of the vehicle.

Lights out, draw is gone. 🤙

Its been a while.

I have to admit I am terrible with social media, but we’re gonna get better!

All I have for now is a little bit of what has been going on lately.

Happy Holidays everyone! More car fixing content soon!
