📢 Important Update
We wanted to share a few upcoming changes with our customers.
🔧 We will be CLOSED for a few weeks the beginning of September while we install a new shop floor. We will announce our reopening date once the project is complete.
Please don’t panic and start flooding W***y’s phone trying to get your equipment in before we close. He is only one person, and we’ll continue taking care of customers the best we can. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through the schedule.
As many of you know, W***y is currently working alone, and we ask for your continued patience. Between repairs, parts delays, and an increasing number of warranty issues that require extended communication with manufacturers, things have become very time-consuming. Some days it feels like we’re adding another parts warranty claim to the list. We truly appreciate everyone who has been patient and supportive.
🚜 If you have equipment at the shop that has already been repaired, please arrange to pick it up as soon as possible. During the closure, W***y will be using the downtime to improve the parking lot, so we need to clear out as much equipment as possible.
💳 We also ask that all outstanding invoices be paid promptly. We shouldn’t have to borrow money to cover parts that have already been installed on someone else’s equipment. Your timely payments help keep our small business running.
❌ Effective when we reopen, we will also be implementing a new payment policy.
There will be no standing invoices. Payment will be due in full at the time your truck or equipment is picked up.
We know this may be an adjustment for some, but unfortunately we can no longer operate by carrying unpaid balances. Like every other small business, we have parts, vendors, and operating expenses that must be paid.
