2017 Keystone Outback 314UBH Bunkhouse trailer. It is 35'4" overall length and weighs 6780lbs. This is a very nice unit equipped with a queen bed in bedroom, 2 bunks in the rear plus couch and table make additional beds for a sleeping capacity of 10 people. No leaks or damage other than someone tried prying both entry doors open and damaged the metal trim near door handles on both doors. AC, refrigerator, slide out all work as they should. This unit has a queen bed in front bedroom, 3 bunks in rear bedroom plus couch and table make additional beds to have a sleeping capacity of 11. Overall in good condition, it is not perfect but no leaks or major problems, Heat, AC, refrigerator, power awning and slide outs all work as they should. Has some cosmetic exterior damage from where a tire blew and damaged lower skirting. This has an Arctic package for extended camping seasons. 2013 Coachmen Freedom Express 302FKV that is 34'8" overall length and weighs 7393lbs. Overall a nice trailer, it has a couple small soft spots in the floor but not very bad or big. AC, refrigerator, power awning and front slide out work as they should. Rear slide out has some wiring damage under floor of the slide and will need some repairs to work. Here we have a 2013 Z-1 251TD toy hauler. It is 36'8" overall length and weighs 4210lbs. This has a front steel toy area that could easily haul a couple 4 wheelers or smaller SXS. Setup to use ramps but they are not included as they were missimg when we purchased it. This should sleep 6 easily, it has a queen bed, 2 bunks and the dinette makes a bed as well. This will sleep 6 easily, setup for queen bed in front but missing the mattress plus has a drop down bed at the rear and the couch lays down to make a bed as well. Garage is about 9.5ft long, has a tall rear door for easy entry. Overall in good condition. looks to have had a small leak in one bedroom cabinet previously but does not leak currently. It is equipped with queen bed, 2 bunks plus couch and dinette makes additional beds. Overall in great condition except for some water damage on the slideout. The slideout works as it should but has damage on ceiling, wall and floor on one end of the slide. We have this one priced at $11,450 with a prior salvage title due to that damage. 2012 Keystone Fireside FS18 that is 22'5" long and weighs 3725lbs. This is a very neat smaller trailer with all wood finish trim and panels on the interior and is all in excellent condition. It has 2 bunks at the rear plus the table and seats make an additional bed in front. No leaks or damage other than some hail damage on metal siding which is mostly on the front panel.
