Start out with car/pickup, simple repetitious so you learn what you need to know. Training is at your pace. Paco is patient and expects the procedure to be done quickly and safely. Paco's Tires is looking for Tire Technicians. No experience required. What to expect? Working with all types of times, lawn mower, wheel barrow, occasional bicycle, scooter, 4-wheeler, side-by-side, car, pickup, trucks of all kinds, tractors of every size, trailers of every kind, horse trailers, campers, Giant RVs, combines, and any other implement. General tire technician starts work with "regular" tires. Regular tires are automotive tires (car/pickup) (20-30lbs each). They could be tires dropped off to be fixed. A car driving in with a suspected low tire, tire has to be removed, leak identified by airing tire up and putting soapy water on it to see where the leak may be. Then removing the tire from the rim to fix the tire from the inside. So this would involve lifting the tire to the tire machine. Lifting it off, moving to the repair area, lifting it to the repair vice. Fixing the tire, or evaluating it with Paco if unfixable. After being patched it is taken back to the tire machine, lifted back up, put back on the rim, aired up, lifted back down, and put back on the vehicle. All this must be done safely. Paco's Tires is looking for Tire Technicians. One or two, experience is desired but not required. This involves changing, fixing, balancing, rotating tires. This is hard work.

This also involves all the support work needed to keep this all going such as cleaning, moving old tires to a trailer for disposal ETC. Cleaning involves sweeping, hosing down floors, squeegeeing.
