Added a much needed Oil Thermostat to a SeaRey in 1° New Hampshire! Was in frozen Wisconsin and Virginia inspecting planes before that, and came back to "sunny and warm" Florida where it is supposed to be 23°.

Look very closely at your Rotax 914UL turbo bracket, manifold bracket, and muffler bracket and clamp for cracks. It is a common issue induced seemingly by imbalanced carburetors or gearbox vibration, and once one bracket breaks, the others seem to follow.

Important enough to post again...
Please ensure that your PA SeaRey SB21001 service bulletin (revision from SB18003) is accomplished, replacing the previously longer inboard mounted brackets to the shorter outboard mounted brackets. The former long brackets can bow outboard and inhibit smooth cable travel and the cable may wear into the electrical harness.
