Another completed project. This Civic had some rusted holes in the quarter panels and a broken front bumper. The bumper was able to be repaired. The rusted areas were completely cut out and custom replacement panels made and welded in place.

Some vehicles there is no manufactured rust repair panels available on the market. When this happens we take flat steel sheet metal and manufacture are on panels. In this case we had to make a rocker panel patch panel. Just a couple preliminary photos of the repair and progress.

This 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD was able to be returned today on this beautiful sunny afternoon. This truck has been in the shop for the past few weeks getting a make over. Some new rockers, cab coroners, fender, box repair and a new paint job. The crew did an amazing job on this truck.

The shop is currently busy and the crew is working hard every day on a few different projects on a daily basis. Today we were able to return another vehicle to its owner. This Dodge Journey was in need of new bumper cover, fender repair,some other cosmetic repairs along with some mechanical repairs. Now this Journey is ready for the road and many miles. The crew at KCS has been very busy on many different projects. Today this 2016 F250 Super Duty was completed and delivered.

This Super Duty received some new fenders, cab coroners, rockers panels, and some other minor cosmetic repairs. Some mechanical repairs were completed as well to improve handling.
A 2024 Ford aluminum box was custom mounted onto thos chassis.

This Super Duty turned out absolutely amazing and is ready to go to work. I am extremely proud of all the hard work everyone did to complete this build.

DUMP TRUCK Build Update: All the wiring and electronics have been installed in the new cab. Fenders are being test fitted prior to any work being started on them.
