𝗪𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗴𝘀 who are looking for loving homes, including: Thadius, Mars, Chev, Webkinz, Pewee, Lizzy, Leah, and more! 🎉

Stop by our booth to meet them, talk with our team about fostering and adoption, and learn how you can support the Hamilton County shelter and help a homeless pet in need. Whether you’re ready to adopt or just want to learn more, this is a great opportunity to connect with local organizations making a difference for animals in our community!

In addition to Cincinnati Animal CARE, attendees can meet friends from Pet Wants, For Paws Canine Training, Cincinnati Lab Rescue, Adopt a Stray, and Save the Animals Foundation.

To them, your bed is a sanctuary—a place where they feel protected, loved, and cherished. When they curl up beside you, trusting you completely, it’s a reminder of how much they rely on you for comfort and security.

As they sleep soundly, you realize that they have no fear, no worries. They are at peace because they know they are loved, and they trust you completely. The privilege of having their full trust is one of the greatest gifts a dog can give.

In these quiet moments, you’re reminded of the unspoken bond that makes you both family. A dog’s trust is a sacred thing, and when you share these moments together, you understand just how deep their love truly is. 🛏️🐶

The constant rush of daily life can easily become overwhelming and stressful. It is a massive relief to come home and find a wagging tail waiting to instantly wash all that anxiety away. Dogs have a magical ability to remind us about the simple and pure things that truly matter. Just a few minutes of quiet petting can completely restore a sense of peace to a heavy heart.

A 90-pound Bully XL named Duke, once scheduled to be euthanized at a local shelter, has begun a monthslong training and rehabilitation process that rescuers hope will lead to a permanent home.

UPDATE: ON TRIAL!!

Meet Ava!

Ava is a beautiful one year old Pyrenees/Retriever mix (maybe Labrador, maybe Golden) who is looking for a new home!

This sweet golden girl is full grown at about 60 pounds and she already knows some basic training- sit, down, stay, come etc. plus, she is housebroken! She loves belly rubs and will follow her chosen person everywhere. Ava loves kids and does well with elementary school kids, but she is still learning her own strength so toddlers and babies may be too young. She ADORES playing with other dogs and looks forward to play dates with her friends.

Ava does have separation anxiety though- she does not like being left at home alone or being left outside. She is good for very short periods of time (always in a crate), but she will begin to bark when she thinks that too much time has passed. However, she did not have another dog to share her home with. She loves to go to boarding and does really well there- we think that she would thrive with another dog at home and that her anxiety may lessen with a companion.

Ava loves to chase and catch small critters- squirrels, rabbits, chipmunks. All of the fun little ones found outside, and unfortunately some that are found inside too. She does not do well with cats, and can even mistake a small dog for a fun toy. Ava should have a fenced in yard to keep her out of trouble when she is outside with her family.
