Working out of his parent’s garage the business specialized only in transmissions. Quickly outgrowing the garage they moved into a two bay shop in Twin Falls three months later. Serving from that same location for over ten years, the business continued to grow and had acquired a third service bay. Over that time more and more general auto service repairs were being done due to an increasing number
of customers requesting only us to repair their cars. In February 2006, Magic Valley Transmission moved into its current location. The new 7,000 square foot facility features 10 service bays and state-of-the-art equipment to allow quick, accurate repairs. Situated on the corner of HWY 30 and 2600, we are easily found no matter where you may be coming from. Vehicles left overnight will be secured inside the building or locked in our gated lot in order to protect your investment. Our waiting area is under construction, but you will find both it and the bathroom to be clean and presentable. Customer parking is just feet from the door. Although this sounds good, it’s our level of service that really makes us shine. You will always be greeted promptly and courteously. For those customers whom will be leaving their cars with us, time at the counter is kept as short as possible to allow you to get where you need to be. If you need a ride anywhere in the area, you need only to ask. Discount car rentals can be arranged, as well as free or actual cost towing depending on the nature of the repair. Upon receiving your vehicle, we will conduct a free, no obligation, and basic inspection in order to gain a general understanding of the problem and better advise you of how to handle the situation. Many times cost cannot be determined until this inspection is done. Our team will always inform you of the necessary repairs and any options you have available to you before the work is done. If during the repair process, other problems are found, we will inform you as soon as possible. When the repairs are done your invoice will be complete and ready to go when you arrive. You can expect your advisor to review the repairs with you and explain the terms of any warranty that may apply. In most cases, payment is not expected until after all work is complete. Methods of payment include; cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover card, American Express and approved checks. We also have financing available (please contact us for more information before authorizing any work). We understand that repairing and maintaining your vehicle is expensive, time consuming and often frustrating. It is our goal to ease that burden by providing a place you can trust to have your best interests in mind.
