West Coast Bays A club for 1968-1979 VW Bus owners. visit www.BayWindowBus.org The group is centered in Southern California, but has members from all over the world.

West Coast Bays is a group of individuals interested in the 1968 through 1979 Volkswagen Bus known in the VW hobby as the Bay Window. For your $30 annual membership you will receive a members only club t-shirt, an embroidered key chain, and a sticker for the window of your Bus. The color of the Bus in the club logo will change each year and a new Shirt/key chain/sticker will be issued. The purpose

of the club is to unite Bay Window owners and enthusiasts, informing them of up-coming Bay Window related activities, as well as parts sources and service providers. The club website, Baywindowbus.org, will have a calendar of events, a place for club member photos, a “swap meet” to sell your Bay Window stuff, and a forum to discuss Bay Window topics.

We just got word that our annual VW Surf event held at San Onofre State beach will not take place this year. The beach is not issuing event permits and have informed us that if they are open in August, it will only be at 40% capacity. We hope all of you are staying safe and healthy, and we’ll hopefully see you back at the beach in 2021.

"UPDATE BBB XXIV 2020"
Here is a map for the line up before BBB XXIV. We ask you to PLEASE listen to the parking guys and do as your asked. This will make it much easier on everyone and will help you get into the event faster

Vendors and crew can enter the gate at the central lot where the yellow strips are only till the main gate opens. Once the main gate is open you will have to wait in line. You MUST have a vendor or crew pass, no pass, no early entry.
