A hot sunny day in Rancho Santa Margarita – 2025 Toyota Tacoma Windshield Replacement

We traveled down to Rancho Santa Margarita last week to replace the windshield on this 2025 Toyota Tacoma. There as a large crack growing horizontally across the windshield.
In the noontime sun, we spent about 1 hour removing the old windshield, prepping the windshield frame and installing the new OEM windshield.
At Alfa Auto Glass we only use DOW adhesives because they are the highest quality compound and the safest for our customers.
Since this was a newer vehicle, the truck went on for windshield calibration. It’s extremely important to get your windshield calibrated after installation as your ADAS features require calibration to function properly. Missing this step can be very dangerous.
