Good morning, got this 2008 Ram that was shutting off at random, and diagnostic found failure in the torque converter along with the Under Drive Spring being broken which would be the cause for the initial complaint. Recent rebuild on this 2016 Ram 3500 with the 68RFE. Our customer took it to 2 different shops that couldn’t find the issue, but we immediately found that the Forward Gears were worn. We installed the Billet Converter, Hardened Input Shaft, Performance Clutches, Reprogramming Kit for the Valve Body and Pump Assembly, along with a new Solenoid Block.

Have to love our customers that come in with a bit of history attached to the shop! We recently rebuilt the 4L60E with Borg-Warner Clutches, Forward and Reverse Sprag, Shift Kit, Solenoids and Internal Wire Harness, along with a H.D Sun Shell in this beautiful 1995 Silverado, which funny enough, was rebuilt by us about 20 years ago by the current owners father! Fortunately, there are newer updates for this transmission than they were when it initially came through our doors, and hope that next time we see this stunning Silverado, it’ll be in the next generations possession.

Had a blast rebuilding the 68RFE for this 2019 Ram 3500. We made this into a Stage 2 Performance Rebuild, which consists of a Billet Torque Converter, Billet Input Shaft, Borg-Warner Clutch Packs, and a Reprogramming Kit for the Valve Body. What sets this apart is using new Billet Accumulator Pistons and a Billet Flex Plate. Overall a fun build and happy we got our customer on the road!

Had the pleasure of rebuilding an Allison transmission for a 2004 Duramax, along with installing a Lift Pump supplied by our customer. On this we installed a Billet Torque Converter, a Performance Valve Body, High-Energy Clutch Packs, and a new Internal Wire harness. A great Performance Rebuild and hope our customer enjoys it.

Always a pleasure to see a returning customer. On this ‘67 C10 we replaced the Spark Plugs, installed MSD Cables, added a special sleeve to prevent burning those cables , and a case to hide the cables as well. On top of this, we adjusted the Carburetor so it starts on a dime.
