With Cleveland Brothers (Caterpillar) closing all of their truck shops at their dealerships. Who’s going to honor the standard warranty and extended warranty’s customer bought because Cleveland Bros were their service provider. My perspective is Cleveland Bros just screwed those guys. What are your thoughts?
