NOTICE: Due to the weather forecast for the TKC Annual Meeting scheduled for This Sunday January 25th at the Hardesty Library: The meeting is re-scheduled on Sunday February 1st. (one week) at the Hardesty Library's Maple Meeting room at 2:30 to 4:45. the room will handle up to 70 people that is more than adequate. we have used this room before. I hope this will allow more people a chance to attend. This is the only time available for weeks. Ron

Tulsa Kart Club (TKC)
Conduct, Communications & Social Media Policy

Effective Immediately
Applies to all TKC members, drivers, parents, guardians, crew, volunteers, and guests.

1. Scope & Responsibility
This policy applies to conduct occurring in person, online or on social media, through private or public messages, text messages, phone calls, emails, or any electronic or digital communication, and at Tulsa Kart Club events, JRP Raceway, or anywhere TKC or JRP Raceway is represented.

Members are responsible for their own behavior and the behavior of individuals associated with them.

2. General Conduct Expectations
All participants must act in a respectful, professional, and sportsmanlike manner.

Prohibited behavior includes harassment, bullying, intimidation, or threats; abusive, obscene, or hostile language; defamatory or false statements about TKC, JRP Raceway, officials, volunteers, members, or families; attempts to create conflict, disruption, or division; and public attacks on officials or club decisions instead of using proper internal channels.

3. Officials & Flagman Conduct – ZERO TOLERANCE
Yelling at, arguing with, threatening, or confronting the flagman or any race official is strictly prohibited. This includes verbal outbursts from the track, pit area, or grandstands; aggressive gestures or behavior; and approaching the flag stand or officials in an intimidating manner.

Penalty: Automatic two (2) week suspension from Tulsa Kart Club and JRP Raceway. No warning required. Repeated or severe violations may result in extended suspension or permanent removal.

4. Social Media & Online Conduct
Members may not post, share, comment, or distribute content that portrays any TKC or JRP Raceway member, official, volunteer, or family in a negative, misleading, or defamatory manner. This includes photos or videos taken at TKC or JRP Raceway, screenshots of private messages, edited or misrepresented images, or posts intended to shame, ridicule, harass, or provoke.

Posting images or videos of other members in a negative light, without consent, is strictly prohibited.

5. Communications (Messages, Texts, Calls & In-Person)
Unacceptable conduct includes harassing or threatening messages, repeated unwanted contact, aggressive or intimidating phone calls, hostile or confrontational in-person behavior, and public shaming or coercion.

All disputes must be handled privately and respectfully through TKC leadership.

6. Enforcement
Violations may result in immediate disciplinary action including removal from the facility, suspension from TKC, suspension from JRP Raceway, or revocation of membership and racing privileges. Discipline is at the discretion of TKC and JRP Raceway.

7. No Retaliation
Retaliation against anyone who reports a violation is strictly prohibited.

8. Acknowledgment
Participation in Tulsa Kart Club activities constitutes acceptance of this policy.

New Year! New Season! New Members! New Goals!.... Welcome to all our new members, and welcome back to all our returning members! Over the next few weeks you'll begin to get updates on AlphaTiming registrations, membership updates, events, and general pre-season happenings.

1. The first round of updates will be isolated to those who have filled out your membership form and paid the 2026 dues. You will likely receive emails and updates in your AlphaTiming app. This is us entering you into the system.

❗️IMPORTANT!!!!! If you already have an Alphatiming account, please make sure you use that email on your TKC membership form... that will be your main account you will use for registrations to the races.

❗️IMPORTANT!!!!! #2 Please use only ONE email for your Alphatiming account.

2. The 2026 members meeting will be in 2 weeks @ Hardesty Library (91st & Memorial) at 1pm. We will discuss 2026 goals, board member votes, various updates, and schedule track work days, etc.

3. Track work day / Orientation will be scheduled soon. Engagement on these days are crucial to the season as they provide us with an opportunity to meet everyone, get acquainted with what a race day looks like, what it takes to run a race day safely and efficiently, as well as give our track a fresh haircut for the season. It is HIGHLY recommended that you attend , this includes returning members.

Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas

Phase 1 completed. After a few cold and wet weeks, we've been able to completely redo an entire portion of the electrical that feeds the pit lane. The entirety of the cables are now buried with no more extension cords to worry about.

In addition to repair work, future proofing efforts were made so that as the club's needs grow, some of the infrastructure is already in place. ( things like lights, speakers, extra outlets, etc)

A very special thanks to Fernando Ruiz for a huge donation of time and materials. His guys layed over 1200 feet of conduit and wire to make this happen.

It took many hours of digging, trenching, pumping, and detail work by Philip Quaile Jeff Wolfe Brandon Reagle James Cookson.

Today ended a good season of racing! A few less members than last year but, some really good new members that I certainly enjoyed watching their progress. This year was a transitional year setting the stage for next season. We had a really great group of management both on race day and work behind the scenes. I hope everyone returns next year along with new people we have joining us.Don’t forget the Banquet! See you then!!! Ron

FYI... The championship points on Speedhive shows yesterday's date as the upcoming race. We ARE aware of it and are working to correct it. The season points are correct, it's just the date.

Please remember we don't own Speedhive, we just upload to it. We can't always go back and make changes.

UPDATE:: 10/29.. The SpeedHive points page has been corrected. Again, the points idd not change, only the date of the last race.
