Hourglass is proud to be the only Mercedes-Benz Certified repair facility in all of North East Oklahoma. We know there are a lot of choices when it comes to having your vehicle repaired and for that matter there are a lot of choices for the vehicle manufactures too. We pride ourselves on some of these manufacture relationships, like our relationship with BMW. We have a relationship with the local

dealer “BMW of Tulsa” and BMW themselves. Our training comes from BMW so when it comes to your safety we don’t take advise from anyone, only the people who designed and tested your vehicle. Unfortunately, if you don’t have these relationships your training will be generic at best. Another company that Hourglass has a relationship with at a manufacture level is Volvo. This manufacture has made it their business to be known as one of the safest vehicles on the road. So when we were approved as a certified facility, it really was an honor. Hourglass Collision Repair's mission is to put vehicles back to only manufacture specification. We accomplish this mission by using only top quality paint, equipment, tools and continued education for our highly selected technicians. Hourglass only wants to deliver a pristine product and exceed the customer’s expectations... everytime!
