The future of the collision industry is bright!

Our team had an incredible time attending the career fair at Capital Technology Center-Muskogee and we were impressed by the enthusiasm, engagement, and professionalism of the collision students we had the privilege to meet. We spoke about the opportunities available at our local OK brand, Bill Knight Collision Repair and all the paths that beginning a career with us can lead.

From thoughtful questions about the industry to genuine excitement about career opportunities, it was inspiring to see so many students eager to learn more about collision repair. Events like this remind us just how important it is to continue investing in the next generation of technicians and leaders.

We were proud to share information about our RACE (Repair Apprentice Career Evolution) Program — a true apprentice-style approach where students learn hands-on alongside experienced mentors while building a long-term career in the industry.

A huge thank you to Indian Capital Technology Center for inviting us and for hosting such a fantastic event for students and industry partners alike. We appreciate the opportunity to connect, share, and support the future of collision repair.
