The other son who practically stole the business from our mother promised her he would pay her $750 a month sent her a note yes thru the mail. Anyway that note stated that he would no longer be paying. Now she is worried about paying her bills & rent. She’s 80+ dude! Everyone loved loves your mom & you treat her like almost trash. This might be cold hearted but I’ll pick my mom over my brother any day. He paid her for a little over a year. This is your mother dude the same one that raised me you can’t deny what you have done but to stop paying her is heartless!

He told her it only appraised for $225,000 the other is listed for $1,000,000 & will probably get it. Hers had 3 shops, 2 fully function service trucks, 2 local semis to pick up trailers plus one yard dog. Not counting all the parts not just the shop full but both service trucks full of parts.

I personally couldn’t do that to anyone much less my mother. I believe we will all be judged by one that matters. You laugh I know you but you’ll see.

The business was roughly $250,000 in the rears. He paid his mother $250,000 plus her bring the books flush. She got nothing for the business except for $500 a week. There are properties/lots blocks over half the size asking 1 million just a lot. Hers had twice the property plus 3 semi trailer shops on it. I’d say any person that uses his own mother or anyone for that matter in that way is not a good person. This info is straight from her mouth not mine. The shop equipment plus trucks were worth roughly $225,000 & that’s being cheap.

It took me 3 years to share the truth about what happened because it was hard. Hard to admit your own mother & brother don’t even have your back. They knew it happened at work but since I was loyal to them & didnt claim workman’s comp they screwed me. 35 years worked their & not one wc claim they ( my dad) always took care of it. I never thought one time that they would not take care of their own family.

I am on disability pay from a mass mutual insurance plan. I’m not living off the state or off the shop like most have probably heard. Next time something is said about me consider the source. I believe a worker should never work w/out workman’s comp no insurance paid. As far as I new I had workmans plus community care but canceled both in January. I wasn’t hurt until July so i worked 7 months completely uninsured.

I worked there 35 years & was helping hang a 48 foot curtain side. Doing so I ended up getting 2 hernias & torn my left shoulder cuff & torn 2 tendons. I still have one hernia surgery to do. I informed the boss & she didn’t send me to the clinic. So I tried workman’s comp & she had me removed me from workman’s comp in January also canceled my community care. Our type of work is semi truck & semi trailers. I had zero insurance & I was not told. I believe not having workman’s comp on a worker is illegal. For that whole year I was uninsured while all other employees had workmen’s comp plus community care. The person that treated me that way & could’ve gotten me killed was my mother! Im having to pay for this out of my pocket no help from Seven D even tho i told the owner the day it happened. I should have just went to the clinic then.
