A check engine light isn’t something to ignore.

This 2017 Toyota Highlander came in with a P0128 code (engine not reaching proper operating temperature). After proper diagnosis, the electronically controlled thermostat was replaced and the cooling system was bled correctly.

Final verification:
✔ Engine temp reaching 188–195°
✔ Heater working properly
✔ No warning lights

Another one in that was covered in salt and road grime! She got a full detail, salt neutralizer, and the whole underside protected from future salts left over in the roads.

Customer also told me she’s for sale! No mechanic issue. Not high mileage. Cleans up nice and the 4x4 works! Would be a great first car or a fun cheap build for offroad. Send a message and I’ll get you in contact with the owner.

This is a good example on how fast the road salts destroy your vehicles! Brake parts, suspension, electrical connections and all the small areas the liquid salts get up in, all start to rust and destroy your vehicle within hours and happens even faster after just a drive through car wash. The normal car wash is essentially making it worse. All it’s doing is dissolving the salts and getting it in harder to reach area.

I make sure to flush it all out, get the full undercarriage, chemically remove the salts and stop the corrosion and finish it with a protective!

🚨 Road Salt PSA 🚨

With all the salt on the roads lately, I want to clear something up real quick 👇

Most drive-through car washes do NOT remove salt from where it actually causes damage — the undercarriage, rockers, and wheel wells. They mostly spray water and move on.

When salt isn’t fully flushed out, water actually reactivates it, which speeds up rust and corrosion. Over time, that salt starts tearing into suspension parts, brake rotors & calipers, shocks, rocker panels, cab corners, fenders, and wheel wells.

I’m offering a Salt Removal & Protection Detail that:
✔ Fully flushes the entire underside
✔ Chemically removes salt buildup
✔ Cleans wheel wells & lower panels
✔ Applies an underbody sealant + exterior paint sealant

This helps slow corrosion and makes future washes (even drive-throughs) way easier.

TULSA, cars are COATED in salt right now, and most people don’t realize how bad it is.

Even vehicles that haven’t been driven much are getting covered from snow melt, road runoff, and wind blowing salt dust back onto everything. That salt gets packed into wheel wells, brake calipers, rotors, seams, rockers, and frame rails.. especially on daily drivers that were out in the snow and slush!

This isn’t the rust belt, which means most people don’t think about it…
until brake lines, suspension parts, and body seams start rusting way earlier than they should.
