NOW HIRING: Parts / Front Desk Office Worker
Local Auto Salvage Yard – Tulsa, OK
Full-Time | Immediate Start
We're looking for an experienced, friendly person to run our parts counter and front office! Help customers find used auto parts, handle sales, and keep things running smoothly.
Key Duties:
•Greet customers & assist with part lookups/sales (over counter, phone, or online)
•Use inventory software to check stock, quote prices, and process orders
•Handle cash/credit payments and daily transactions
•Communicate with tow drivers & yard team on incoming vehicles/parts
•Basic office tasks: answer phones, update records, keep counter organized
Requirements:
•Previous experience with parts sales, auto salvage/yard software, or similar (required!)
•Comfortable handling money & providing great customer service
•Strong communication skills (deal with drivers, customers, team daily)
•Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment
•Valid driver's license a plus
