Honoring the Journey: Ken's 2018 BMW M3

Some cars are just machines, but others hold a lifetime of stories.

Years ago, Ken and his wife Nancy picked up this 2018 BMW M3 straight from Europe. They spent their time touring the European countryside, weaving through scenic roads, and building a foundation of unforgettable memories with a car that became a true companion to their journey.

When the trip ended, the M3 was shipped stateside—bringing a piece of those European adventures home with them.

Recently, Nancy wanted to give Ken something special to honor that enduring journey, gifting him with one of our comprehensive packages for Father’s Day. Watching him stand back and gleam with pride as the M3 was brought back to its absolute glory days—reflecting the very same shine it had when they first drove it abroad—is a moment our team will hold onto with deep respect.

Customer Spotlight: Devan and his Ford Maverick

After years of driving a 2005 commuter, Devan finally upgraded to a brand-new Ford Maverick. Moving into a modern truck with actual amenities like Bluetooth, a backup camera, and blind-spot monitoring was a solid, well-earned change of pace.

The frustration came quickly, though. A single trip through a local tunnel car wash left his fresh paintwork covered in thousands of fine swirl marks.

That is when he brought it to our shop. We put in the necessary hours with our G Package, carefully correcting the paint until it was looking better than the day it rolled off the lot. To finish it off, we applied a durable sealant to lock in the finish and protect it moving forward.

This week's Customer Spotlight is Tyson. As the owner of a local construction company, Tyson first trusted JAG's Auto Detail with his Nissan NV1500 work van for an interior detail and hand wash. After seeing the quality of our work firsthand, he knew exactly where to bring his 2020 Tundra upon returning from a long road trip to Oregon.

Sometimes the vehicle you spend the most time in deserves a little extra care.

This week's Customer Spotlight is Cheryl. With her daily commute taking her between two different offices, she spends a lot of time behind the wheel of her 2025 Mazda CX-90. She wanted to protect her investment while making sure the interior stayed as comfortable and enjoyable as the day she bought it.
