🚦 2013 Honda Accord with an electrical issue. Charging system malfunction due to the radiator fan relay IGN turn on signal from the PCM is wired in series with the alternator voltage regulator output connector. It was damaged because of High Voltage Draw at initial startup from Radiator Fans Motors.
