"Rick has been my mechanic since 1995. He has always been gentle and calm and explains what needs to be done, or has been completed, showing me the damaged or worn parts. I've never obeen disappointed or felt taken advantage of. Recently the starter went out in my truck in Show Low. I had to get it back to Tucson and dropped it off in the front of the building the Sunday befire Memoriak Day. I left my key and a note explaining the situation., which included a collision in my other vehicle that was totalled. On Tuesday afternoon I got a message that I could pick up my truck the next morning. I was amazed and so so appreciative.
