This Jeep Gladiator Wouldn’t Start — This Is Why
This Jeep Gladiator came in as a hard no-start.
Power was present.
The dash woke up.
But start authorization never happened.
Behind the rear seat is the RF hub, a critical part of the security system. When we accessed it, this is what we found.
Rodent nesting.
Chewed wiring.
Damage right where communication matters most.
With the harness destroyed at the RF hub, the vehicle could not complete the security and network checks required to allow a start. This kind of damage often mimics a bad module, key issue, or programming failure — even though the root cause is physical.
Root cause:
Rodent-damaged wiring at the RF hub disrupting network and immobilizer communication.
Correct fix:
Targeted wiring repair and validation — not replacing good modules.

Modern vehicles don’t always fail loudly.
Sometimes they fail right here.
