Busy day today! Oil pan on a Ford F150 4.2, anyone who has any experience with this particular engine style knows that it's no simple task. In fact labor calls for the engine to be pulled due to lack of clearance for the deep oil pan. All of this because someone overtightened the drain plug and stripped the aluminum pan. It's definitely unfortunate so please be aware and keep track of who is maintaining your vehicle! God Bless and have a great weekend!

Happy Father's Day! We hope everyone has an amazing day today with their Dad's. I know in the generation I grew up in I had numerous adult male role models who helped me learn and gain the experience I use today repairing people's automobiles. The "tricks of the trade". I hope and pray that this still goes on today. Cars have been a huge part of my life, so I would like to give a big shout out to all the knuckle bustin, wrench turning, grease monkey Dad's out there putting in work with their kiddos!
