"I found this shop by happenstance walking my dog and it turned out to be one of the most serendipitous finds of recent memory. I have a 2017 Nissan Titan with just under 200k miles. As I approach the big 200k it felt like all the major systems of the truck started to give out. Thus leaving my truck broke down and parked in my driveway for a few months. For reference the problems started about 6-8 months ago and parked closed to 3 months. It's my baby, not a pavement princess by any means, but an overall reliable truck that I had been thru a lot with.
It needed a new rack and pinion, radiator, clutch fan, crankshaft position sensors. I WAS POSITIVE I WAS NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO GET MY TRUCK FIXED.
As i walked by I saw they only service japanese cars, so I called and Grant was able to get my truck in the next morning to see whats all going on. (At this time i didn't know why the engine was miss firing and all that it needed to run.)
By that afternoon I had an estimate and idea of whatbwas needed to get her going again. (Things listed above.) I gave the all clear to start totally expecting him to say it was going to take a week, he said give him 2 days and it will be done. Sure enough him and David had it done in the 2 days. They kept me in the loop the entire time, answered all my dumb questions, and most importantly made me me feel like my family's life were safe getting into the truck. Ive had plenty of bad experience with mechanics and finding them was an absolute win.
I can't express enough that if you have a japanese car tou need to start here with your maintenance and repair needs. For those who have anything else, sell it and buy a Toyota, Nissan, Honda, etc and go here.
To everyone at the shop Grant, David, and all the others that I didn't get to meet. Thank you from the bottom of my heart I don't believe I would be driving my truck if I hadn't found your shop."
