The city of Kingman, Az has contracted us to begin restoration of ATSF 3759 that has been on static display in the town for decades.

Within 2 years the plan is for it to be running the mainline in northern arizona. Plans are on the table for a triple head special to the Grand Canyon with ATSF 3751 from California and ATSF 2926. Though that may not be for a decade or more.

Our first project will be the full restoration of Duluth & Iron Range 2-8-8-4 Yellowstone #229. The goal will be to return it to full service within the next 2 years. The group requesting us to do the work, for the moment, wishes to remain anonymous till the official announcement.

Next week we will begin the prep work required to move it to our facilities. We can't wait to see it thundering down the tracks!
