A huge thank you to everyone who donated blood yesterday at our Red Cross blood drive in support of Hyundai Hope On Wheels! We’re especially proud of our Serra Hyundai associates who rolled up their sleeves and participated to help make a difference. Your generosity and willingness to give your time can make a meaningful difference for those in need.

We’re also incredibly grateful to everyone who couldn’t donate but still supported the drive by sharing our Facebook post, spreading the word, and encouraging others to participate. Every bit of support helped!

🩸 We’re proud to share that we collected 22 units of blood 🩸

Thank you all for helping make this blood drive a success and for supporting Hyundai Hope On Wheels and children affected by pediatric cancers.

Serra Hyundai | Steve Vincent SerraGroup — Built to WIN

In September 2019, we made a bold move—transitioning from Mazda to Hyundai. What we’ve built since then has been nothing short of exceptional.

This wasn’t easy. It took vision, discipline, and the right people.

We made a decision early on to build from within—bringing leaders out of our Serra Toyota store to create true Steve Serra Group synergy. A team that understands the standard. A team that knows what it takes.

And most importantly… a team that EXECUTES.

At Serra Hyundai, there are no shortcuts.
The fundamentals are non-negotiable:

✔️ Walk-around competitions
✔️ Serra Sales Champions
✔️ Appointment discipline
✔️ Serra Steps to the Sale
✔️ Power greeting
✔️ Pre-appraisals
✔️ Transition statements
✔️ Closing

This team lives it. Understands it! Every single day. THE ONES THAT DON’T, GET OUT OF THE WAY! The train stops for NOTHING!

Because of that commitment, we’ve delivered:
🔥 Record-breaking months
🔥 110%+ of objectives
🔥 Focus and ex*****on through every distraction

We’re a family.
We don’t always agree. We don’t always get along.

But we ALL understand what it takes to win—and we show up and do it.

We recently took time to celebrate these achievements together at Little Betty Steak Bar—recognizing the hard work, the sacrifice, and the results.

This is what Serra Hyundai is about.
This is what the Steve Serra Group represents.

Relentless effort. Proven process. Consistent results.

🚀 Let’s keep building.
