Day 2 of the Uwharrie Trail Thru Hike kicked off with more than 100 hikers on trail, trekking nearly 12 miles from Yates Place to Jumping Off Rock on their 40-mile journey through the scenic Uwharrie Mountains. 12 Stones Adventures was our representative delivering trail magic to the hikers sponsored by the Eldorado Outpost. Billy and Andrew were there providing water, Gatorade, an assorted variety of Dunkin Doughnuts, stickers and candy for our Uwharrie trail family and friends. What an incredible day to be outdoors!!!

A question for our Uwharrie folks. Can anyone provide information where we can find Pawpaw's near the River? As the social media manager for the Eldorado Outpost I personally have never found any, thought I know they are there and I would love to find a grove of these. Please message us for privacy and thank you in advance.
