Elon buying Chrysler? That would be a good move for Chrysler. IF the government would stop telling car companies how to build cars. Cars would cost thousands of dollars less, be more reliable, cost less to repair, and last longer.

Just booked my Vegas flight for NOV 4 and 7, only $141 total round trip. So the trip for SEMA is about $1,000 total for the flight and the room. Excalibur had rooms for about $100 less a night, but that means more walking. So I will stay at the New York, New York hotel.

Interesting. My dash said I was due for an oil change. After a few days Arbogast sent me an email saying ONSTAR sent them a message telling them my truck needed an oil change and I need to set up a day and time to get it serviced. I DO NOT PAY for ONSTAR service. So you know they are still tracking me.

SEMA 2024, Nov 4-7, 2024 . I just booked my room at New York, New York for the show. Only $260 a night. See you there. I go to AAPEX for 1 day and SEMA for 2 days. New York, New York has great food and a few good places to people watch.

Real Estate advice. Buy as much as you can afford, as early in life, as you can. I purchased my first house for $13,300 in late 1978. Today that house is worth over $100,000. A house I purchased in May of 1986 for $58,000, today is worth about $258,000. I did sell those many years ago, and still made a great profit on them. I have flipped 15 houses and money on everyone of them. Today in TROY, the "flip" market is tuff. You have a lot of people trying to flip and the options are limited.

Extended warranty? NOPE, I NEVER get an extended warranty on anything I buy. They always say "what if it brakes", I say, I will fix it or buy another one. There are so many scam warranty places out there. You pay for the extended warranty and then they decline your claim, or you have jump thru hoops and they stall and you get tired of waiting. NEVER BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY.

Just got a call from the Saint Louis area. The guy drove from there to Columbus Ohio to get a NEW car lift at a "DEAL" price. They got it home and put it together and BAM, they have a car stuck at the top and the lift will NOT come down. So they call me and want me to tell them how to fix it. I suggested they call the company they paid the money to. OH, they don't answer the phone. BAM. Just think of the money they saved.

Concrete=lots of $$$$$$$ Right now concrete in our area is selling for about $200 a yard. That covers about 75 square feet, 4 inches deep. Like sidewalks. Minimum delivery is 6 yards OR you pay for 6 yards. w0w. Labor is about the same price as concrete.
