It's always exciting when a car is finally staged up in the spray booth after thousands of hours of panel fitment, bodywork, and blocksanding. The color basecoat has a satin sheen, but it's the Spies Hecker Permacron®clearcoat that will show off all of the work and care that have been heaped upon this car. Stay tuned it will be a stunner. 🇬🇧

Carole Looft's 1968 MGC Automatic. Carole is super-picky about her cars, and this rare "C" model is equipped with a 2.9L Six Cylinder engine ( same engine used in the Austin Healey 3000 MK II). This car is equipped with an automatic transmission, which is even rarer yet. The hood bulge, which is disctinctive of the "C" model, looks beautiful in the brilliant red clearcoat which Carole ordered.
