What a day of fishing! Smallest was 4lb and biggest was 10lb!

Construction was halted while we had to fight the local water company and then petition the City to sell us water, even though we are not in the city limits. After months of meetings, petitions, public comments, and presentations, I was able to have my property released from the water district and Thursday night the City voted to sell me all the water I need to complete the entire 5-year plan of 200 RV sites.

Here is a drone video I took Monday to check everything after the rain. The metal buildings are on the neighbor’s property, all of the ponds are part of the development. The end of the video is the back of the property looking towards the front. All of the visible trees are part of the development. The neighbor’s all have pasture land.

Our new target date for opening is Fall of 2026
