Small business shout out! A few weeks ago my car started acting crazy while in the Panda Express drive thru, I was so embarrassed as my car stuttered and stalled and wouldn’t crank. After doing some quick trouble shooting on Google and my gmc diagnostic app I realized I had a recall that was the cause of my breakdown. So I had it towed to GMC to address the problem, they called to tell me my motor mounts were also broken and that it would be $5,000.00 to fix it. I declined because I know my mechanic and I knew this price was outrageous. I took my car to B&J in Trenton, as we already knew I needed my struts replaced. Billy, Amy and Chris are amazing! Chris called and told me for my struts, motor mounts and my oil change I was going to be around $2,100.00! Less than 1/2! We take all of our trucks to Billy and Chris. They are honest, thorough and have great customer service. I understand every business making margins however there is a difference between being profitable and being absurd and taking advantage of people. Take care of people and they will always come back, rip them off you’ll likely not see them again.
